Cancelling Orders on Cardmarket
Order cancellations happen all the time on Cardmarket and are often the best way to deal with disagreements between buyer and seller before a shipment is sent. Below you'll find a quick guide on how to cancel orders on Cardmarket:
Once a buyer has selected "commit to buy" on an order and until the order has been shipped, both the buyer and seller can send a cancellation request on the order page.
Once a request is sent, the other party has seven days to respond, after which the request is automatically approved. If you accidentally send a cancellation request, you can cancel that request with the "don't cancel anymore" option on the order page.
If a buyer commits to buy an order but hasn't paid in seven days, then the seller can cancel the order without the buyer's approval. Buyers can similarly cancel orders that haven't been sent seven days after they've paid for the order.
We recommend that buyers and sellers use this feature whenever there is a significant delay in payment or shipping.
