Can I refund an order through Cardmarket?

Yes, you can! If you would like to refund a shipment, please use the "Refund & Extra Payment" option that is located in the options menu of the shipment.

You can only make refunds up to 200% of the shipment price. Additionally, you must already have enough credit on your Cardmarket account to make a refund. You should credit your account first if you need more. Finally, refunds can only be made up to one year after the order purchase.

Once you have made the refund, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your Cardmarket account.
