Buyer Hasn't Confirmed Arrival

Untracked Shipments

If the shipment is untracked and the buyer hasn't confirmed the arrival, our system will automatically confirm it after 40 days. Your shipment will appear as delivered two days after the shipping date with a neutral evaluation. This will not affect your reputation as a seller.

We recommend that you be patient and not worry, as the system will confirm the arrival.


Tracked Shipments

Check the Tracking Number

First, check that you have entered the tracking code correctly on the shipment page on Cardmarket. Then, click on the tracking code (and the flag link if it is an international shipment) to verify that the order has actually arrived.

Contact the Buyer

If the tracking code confirms the shipment has arrived, but hasn't been confirmed, then you should contact the buyer in a private message to request confirmation of arrival.

If you have not received a reply within five days of your last message, please contact customer service directly from the corresponding shipment page.
