(1) Participation is open only to natural persons aged eighteen (18) years or older. Certain activities require a registered user account on www.cardmarket.com. Such an account can be opened free of charge at www.cardmarket.com. Excluded from participation are accounts held by employees of the organizer as well as employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in the creation or execution of the trade fair.

(4) Participants must comply with instruction from booth staff at all times.
(5) The organizer may exclude participants who provide incorrect information, violate these terms, disrupt the activity, attempt manipulation or otherwise jeopardize the proper conduct of the activities.
(6) Prizes may only be claimed while supplies last. Once the available prize inventory is exhausted, no further entitlement to a prize shall exist.
§ 3 Activities
(1) Mystery Swap Pokémon TCG: requires an active Cardmarket user account and a trading card to swap in. The participant provides a trading card with a value between 1,00 EUR and 50,00 EUR. The participant and a staff member of the organizer will check the average value of the trading card together on www.cardmarket.com. The participant hands over the property of the card to the organizer. In return, the participant selects one card from the designated Mystery Box, matching the rough value of the swapped card. If the value does not match, the organizer will supplement the received card value with an additional item, e.g. a coupon, redeemable within three months, for the marketplace of the organizer. While the organizer aims to avoid value disadvantages, no exact value equivalence can be guaranteed. The participant acknowledges that valuation differences may occur. The card must be authentic and original, legally owned by the participant, be in a suitable condition and free from third-party rights. The organizer reserves the right to refuse the card if it does not fit the purpose of the activity. All swaps are final and binding. Returns, exchanges, or monetary compensations in total are excluded. The Mystery Swap is not a purchase, game of chance, appraisal or brokerage service. The Mystery Swap is solely for entertainment purposes and does not depend on luck or chance.
(2) Pack-Cracking Leaderboard for Magic: the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG, and One Piece TCG: requires an active Cardmarket user account. The participant receives a booster pack from the organizer for the respective game. The participant opens the booster pack in front of a staff member of the organizer. Together, both organizer and participant will check the average value of each trading card from the opened booster pack on www.cardmarket.com. The card with the highest value will be compared to the previous highest-value cards, and the top five will be visibly displayed on a digital leaderboard at each booth. Leaderboards will display the current top five high-value cards, the actual average value of the card, and the Cardmarket username of the participant who pulled the card from the booster pack provided by the organizers. Winners will be the top five participants with the highest-value cards by the end of every day. Participation each day ends at 18:30 on 22-24 October 2026 and at 17:30 on 25 October 2026. The participant must present their winning card and show proof of ownership of the Cardmarket account as what appears on the respective leaderboards to claim their prize. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash or other valuable items.
(3) Leader of Packs: provides an informal and recreational space where visitors may take photographs of themselves or their friends using the setup and props provided by the organizer. Leader of Packs is strictly non-competitive and recreational; no prizes, rankings, or tournament structures apply. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and materials, including trading cards. Participants may use the setup and props provided by the organizer. The organizer assumes no liability for any loss of or damage to participants’ personal property in connection with the use of this space. By participating in Leader of Packs, participants consent to the organizer photographing them and to the organizer’s use and publication of such photographs on its social media channels and other promotional channels.
