That's okay! Bank transfers can be a little more complicated than the other payment methods. The main reason for this comes down to the Transfer Reason. You must include a correct transfer reason for the transfer to work. If you don't, the transfer will likely be sent back to your bank account. The transfer reason will always be your username followed by a number and you can find the correct transfer reason and transfer information on our deferred payments page (must be logged in).
